Learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that suit be transferred to the District Judge (West District), Tis Hazari Courts Complex, Delhi. Ordered accordingly. Parties shall appear before the District Judge (West District), Tis Hazari Courts Complex, Delhi on 12th January, 2016. Registry to transmit the file to the said court forthwith.
