This is an application filed under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, seeking release of the amount of Rs.6,03,73,122/- deposited by the judgment debtor in satisfaction of the decree to the Registrar General of this Court.

The petition has already been disposed of vide the order dated 03.04.2025.

Mr. Mahajan, learned counsel for the judgment debtor, states that as per the said order, an amount of Rs.35,01,956/- has already been paid directly to the decree holder, which is admitted by Mr. Mund, learned counsel for the decree holder.

For the said reasons, issue notice. Learned counsel for the judgment debtor, accepts notice and has no objection to the present petition being allowed.

In view of the matter, it is directed that the amount of Rs.6,03,73,122/- lying deposited in the Registry along with up to date accrued interest, be released in favour of the decree holder or its counsel or its nominee.
