O R D E R

% 01.10.2018 Parties have entered into a settlement before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, New Delhi vide Settlement Agreement dated 06.08.2018.

In terms of the settlement the respondent is to pay a sum of Rs.5.50 lacs to the petitioner.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that he has handed over two post dated cheques bearing No.417004 dated 11.10.2018 and No.417005 dated 30.10.2018 both drawn on Syndicate Bank for Rs.2,75,000/- each.

The learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions from Mr.Mayank Jha, Director of the respondent company who is present in person, states that the cheques on presentation will be duly encashed. The respondent will ensure that needful is done. None has appeared for the petitioner.

The petition stands disposed of. All pending applications also stand disposed of. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to seek revival of the present petition in case there is any default on the part of the respondent in making payments as agreed upon.
