CM APPL.49234/2018 This is an application under Section 151 CPC filed on behalf of respondent no.2 seeking release of the money in saving bank account of the respondent no.2 from the FDR No. 061600QP00020018. Learned counsel for the respondent no.2 submits that the FDR was deposited by the petitioner which shall be released in favour of the claimantrespondent no.2 and respondent no.2 is getting married on 12.12.2019 and he is badly in need of money.
Looking into the facts and circumstances of the matter and for the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed with
directions to the Manager, Punjab National Bank, Gokhle Market, Delhi to release the amount from the FDR no. 061300QP00020018, Punjab National Bank, Gokhle Market Branch, Delhi into the savings bank account of Mukesh Kumar Singh-respondent no.2 i.e.
SB Account No.53380100003785, IFSC Code BARBOPATDEL, Bank of Baroda along with the interest accrued thereon, if any, after due verification, as per rules. The Manager, Punjab National Bank, Gokhle Market, Delhi, be apprised of this order forthwith, to ensure its compliance.
