O R D E R

% 16.11.2016 Learned Additional Standing Counsel submits that respondent no. 5 is the daughter-in-law of petitioner. On the complaint of respondent no. 5, FIR No. 267/2016 under Sections 498-A/406/34 IPC was registered at Police Station Gazipur. Respondent no. 4 had visited house of the petitioner on three occasions in connection with the investigation of the said case. Respondent no. 5 is also living in the same house, where petitioner is living. Firstly, respondent no. 4 had gone to record statement of respondent no. 5

and thereafter on two more occasions. Lastly, respondent no. 4 had visited the house of petitioner on 5th July, 2016 to arrest the husband of respondent no. 5 (son of petitioner).

Present petition has been filed on 22nd August, 2016. It is submitted that respondent no. 4 has not visited the petitioner's house after 5th July, 2016. It is submitted that charge-sheet is likely to be filed within two weeks.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, admits that respondent no. 4 has not visited the house of petitioner after 5th July, 2016. In view of submissions made by the learned Additional Standing Counsel, present petition has not been pressed and is disposed of accordingly. A.K. PATHAK, J.
