O R D E R

% 01.10.2018 This petition under Section 29A(5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter referred to „Act‟) has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time for making of the Award by the Sole Arbitrator adjudicating the disputes that have been arisen between the parties. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that though reply has been filed to the petition and there is a delay caused by the petitioner in the arbitration proceedings as also in the filing of the present petition, he has no objection if time for making of the Award is extended. Having considered the submissions made and no objection expressed by the learned counsel for the respondent, time for making of the Award is extended by a further period of four months with effect from today. The petition is allowed in the above terms with no order as to costs. Dasti.
