1. None appears for the Petitioner. Learned counsel for Respondent No. 1 assures the Court that the refund orders will be processed within a week.

2. It is directed that the refund amount together with interest thereon will be credited directly to the Petitioner's account within a week after the passing of the refund order. If there is any non-compliance, it would be open to the Petitioner to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law. The petition is disposed of in the above terms.
