% 04.11.2016 By an order dated 05.10.2016, it was proposed to appoint Mr Arun Kumar Varma, Senior Advocate a former Judge of this Court as an Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties. The learned counsel for the petitioner has handed over a copy of the disclosure made by the proposed Arbitrator. There is no objection to the same. Accordingly, Mr Arun Kumar Varma, Senior Advocate is appointed as the sole arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties. The fee of the Arbitrator is fixed in accordance with Schedule IV of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

The parties are at liberty to approach the Arbitrator for commencing the arbitration.

The petition is disposed of.
