The counsel for the decree holder states that notice issued of Execution Petitions No.32/2017 and 33/2017 has been served and notice issued of Execution Petition No.34/2017 has been returned with the report of refusal.

None appears for the judgment debtor in either of the cases. EX.P. 32/2017, EX.P. 33/2017 & EX.P. 34/2017

The counsel for the decree holder seeks issuance of warrants of attachment of movable properties of the judgment debtor in each of the Execution Petitions.

The judgment debtor in each of the Execution Petitions is located outside Delhi and warrants of attachment and further process thereto can be undertaken only by the Court within whose territorial jurisdiction they are situated. This Court is incompetent to issue warrants of attachment. 5.
Thus the Execution Petitions are disposed of by directing the certificate of non-satisfaction of decree along with Transfer Certificate to be issued in each of the Execution Petitions, transferring Execution Petition no.32/2017 to the Court of District Judge, Civil Court, Roshnabad, Haridwar - 249403, Execution Petition No.33/2017 to the Court of District Judge, District & Sessions Courts, Court Complex, Palwal, Haryana and Execution Petition No.34/2017 to the Court of District Judge, District & Sessions Courts, Gurgaon, Haryana.

The Execution Petitions are disposed of.
