Learned Standing counsel for respondent nos.1 and 2 has handed over copies of communication dated 14th October, 2015 from the Forest and Environment Department, Govt. of Odisha; letter dated 25th January, 2016 addressed by the Government of India, Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change; and the letter dated 3rd March, 2016 from the Government of Odisha, Forest and Environment Department addressed to the Government of India, Ministry of Environment, Forests and Climate Change. 2.

An objection is taken by the respondents with regard to the territorial jurisdiction of this Court as to the maintainability of the writ petition relating to the Chandaka-Dampara Wildlife Sanctuary and the Eco-sensitive zone around.

In view thereof, learned counsel for petitioner prays for permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file appropriate petition in a court of competent jurisdiction. 4.

This writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed.
