% 06.01.2016 The plaintiff filed the suit for recovery of possession and damages/mesne profits.

The valuation of the suit is even less than Rs.1 crore. In view of Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015 and the order passed on 24th November, 2015, as agreed, the suit is transferred to the jurisdiction of District Judge (South), Saket Courts, New Delhi.

Parties to appear before the concerned Court on 10th March, 2016.
