% 06.02.2017 During the course of submissions, the petitioner's counsel has repeatedly alleged that the local police is hand in gloves with respondent No.6. Though, this allegation is not accepted either by the police or by respondent No.6, Ms. Rao, on instructions from IO SI Ranbir Singh, states that to assuage the apprehensions expressed by the petitioner, the investigation and further conduct of the cases may be transferred to the Crime Branch. Therefore, without going into the merits of the case, the investigation/proceedings in case FIR No. 1062/2015 and all the other

related cases stand transferred to the Crime Branch of the Delhi Police. The DCP concerned shall nominate an investigating officer to look into the matters.
