% 12.01.2017 By this petition the petitioners had challenged the order summoning them as accused in complaint case No.215/2012 titled as 'Ranveer Singh Yadav Vs. Rajesh Garg & Ors.' pending before the Court of Shri Balvinder Singh, learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Karkardoma Court on merits. During the pendency of the proceedings parties have settled the matter. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh petition seeking quashing of the complaint case on the basis of settlement impleading all necessary and proper parties. Leave and liberty granted.
