1. Mr. S.D. Singh, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that since the possession of the land has still not been given to Respondent Nos. 2 to 28, the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to seek other appropriate remedy that may be available to the Petitioner in accordance with law.

2. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

3. The interim order stands vacated.
