A perusal of the order sheet dated 06.02.2017 reveals that none had appeared for the petitioner on the said date. On 17.02.2017, counsel for the petitioner was present and he was directed to file an affidavit furnishing the details of the moveable and immoveable properties owned by him and his family members. The said affidavit has not been filed till date. 2.

On the first call, the matter was passed over as none was present on behalf of the petitioner. On the second call also, none appears on behalf of the petitioner.

It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present petition which is accordingly dismissed in default for non prosecution along with the pending application.
