After arguments, this appeal is disposed of as not pressed inasmuch as it is stated that the appellant/objector actually had no legal right to file objections under Order 21 Rules 96 to 103 CPC but would have to apply for setting aside of the judgment and decree dated 25.2.2004 in accordance with law inasmuch as the appellant/objector is claiming through the defendants in the suit.

Interim order staying operation of the order dated 19.12.2012 passed in this case is extended for one week from today without the same being any reflection on merits of the matters between the parties. 3.

Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of as not pressed. 4.
