% 14.02.2019 Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State submits that after the last date of hearing one more complainant/ victim has come forward and out of the 20 complainants now statement of 16 victims/ complainants have been recorded and the remaining will also be recorded. He states that the three main accused namely Pramod Kr. Singh, Sagar Mehta, Neetu Singh have been declared proclaimed offenders and efforts will be made to trace them. He further states that the investigation from the bank accounts etc. is almost complete, however the investigating agency would wait the arrest of W.P.(CRL) 1373/2017

the main accused before proceeding further as without the accused being available the proceedings will lead to no conclusion. Being satisfied by the investigation carried out, this Court finds no further ground to proceed with the petition in question which seeks expedited investigation of FIR No.54/2016 under Sections 406/420/120B IPC.
