% 26.08.2016 Petitioner seeks parole of three months to take care of his mother. It is submitted that petitioner's mother is seriously ill. Learned Additional Standing Counsel has filed status report which has been perused. Nominal roll of the petitioner has also been perused.

In the status report it is stated that at the address mentioned in the petition, petitioner's elder brother was found living along with his mother. Petitioner has four more brothers. Elder brother of the petitioner has failed to provide any medical/treatment papers regarding the ailment of his mother. Other four brothers of petitioner are also living in nearby area. A perusal of the

nominal roll shows that petitioner was released on furlough from 24th February, 2016 to 10th March, 2016. He was again released on furlough for three months w.e.f.12th May, 2016 to 3rd June, 2016.

In the above facts, I am of the view that petitioner is not entitled to be released on parole.

Petition is dismissed.
