% 29.08.2016 1.
Present petition has been preferred by the petitioner for seeking parole for three months. Status report not filed. 2.
I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file.
Nominal Roll dated 27.07.2016 reveals that the petitioner was convicted under Sections 366/376 IPC and was sentenced to undergo RI for seven years with fine `6,000/-. Crl.A. 1418/2011 was dismissed by this Court on 17.09.2012. Nominal Roll further reveals that only four months and twenty-six days are left in completion of the sentence awarded to him as on 25.07.2016. It further records that the petitioner was granted parole / furlough on various occasions.
Lastly, he availed furlough from 07.06.2016 to 22.06.2016.

3.
Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, I find no sufficient reasons to grant further parole particularly when small portion of the sentence remains to be completed. 4.
The petition is dismissed.
