% 05.09.2016 The petitioner was removed from service by order dated 08.01.2014. This petition has been filed after a lapse of 31 months. The delay is unexplained except for the fact that, in the interim, the petitioner has been writing to the Govt. of NCT of Delhi through Director of Education on 22.12.2014 and has not received any response. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition may be treated as a representation to the Govt. of NCT of Delhi with a direction that the same be disposed of within a fixed time. The learned counsel for the respondents, who appears on service of advance copy, assures the Court that the representation shall be considered. In the circumstance, the Court directs that respondent no.1 Director of Education shall treat this petition as a representation, look into the matter, and after according due opportunities to the parties, shall pass a reasoned order within eight weeks from today. A copy of the order shall be

communicated to the parties.

It is made clear, the court has not expressed any view on the merits of the case.
