% 24.08.2016 Petitioner before this Court is the husband who had filed a divorce petition (H.M.A.No.277/2013) which had been filed on 09.7.2013. List of dates shows that written statement was filed on 15.4.2014. Issues were framed on 16.4.2014. The application filed by the respondent under Section 24 of the H.M.A. was decided on the last date which this Court is informed was sometime in July, 2016. On the last date which was on 20.8.2016 the matter was listed for evidence. Next date fixed before the Family Court is 07.9.2016. This Court is unable to understand the grievance of the petitioner as it appears that dates have been given at short intervals and the petitioner's grievance appears to be fairly well addressed. Be that as it may, this HMA petition is pending since July, 2013 and involves human relationship, the Trial Court is directed to expedite the hearing of this matter.

With this direction petition disposed of.
