% 13.07.2017 On the complaint of respondent no.2 through its Director, namely, Abdulla Ahmed, present FIR No. 243/2013 under Sections 451/147/149/427 IPC was registered at Police Station Badarpur. It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no.2 have settled the matter amicably before the Mediation Centre, Saket, New Delhi on 29th May, 2015; therefore, FIR may be quashed.
Mr. Abdulla Ahmed, who is the Director of International Institute of Hotel Management, Delhi Campus (respondent no. 2) is present in Court and has been identified by SI Virender Singh, PTC Jharoda Kalan.
He admits that the matter has been settled between the petitioners and respondent no. 2.
He has identified his signatures at point 'X' on the certified copy of the proceedings of Mediation Centre dated 29th May, 2015, wherein terms of the settlement have been recorded. He submits that FIR may be quashed, in view of the settlement.
Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the parties, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 243/2013 under Sections 451/147/149/427 IPC registered at Police Station Badarpur and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
