Counsel for the appellant-injured submits that due to the road accident, the appellant suffered permanent disability and prays that the Medical Superintendent, Jag Parvesh Chandra Hospital be directed to constitute a medical board to ascertain the permanent disability of the appellant-injured.

Keeping in view the submissions made by learned counsel for the appellant-injured and for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The Medical Superintendent, Jag Parvesh Chandra Hospital is directed to constitute a medical board to assess the permanent disability of the appellant-injured within two weeks and submit the report of the said examination to this Court within four weeks thereafter. With the aforesaid directions, the application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.

A copy of this order be sent to the Medical Superintendent, Jag Parvesh Chandra Hospital, forthwith.

As prayed, copy of this order be given dasti under the signatures of Court Master.
