% 20.01.2017 The learned counsel for the respondent states that the respondent shall not be selling or transferring its immovable properties as the same are already mortgaged with Axis Bank Limited.

In view of the above, the order passed on 09.09.2016 is made absolute.

The petitioner shall take steps for appointment of the Arbitrator within a period of four weeks from today failing which the interim order passed shall stands vacated.

The petition is disposed of.

All contentions of the parties are reserved.
