% 14.12.2016 The matter is taken up today since 12.12.2016 was declared a holiday. By an order dated 16.11.2016, the General Manager of respondent no.2 was directed to file an affidavit indicating the basis on which the Purchase Order was placed on the petitioner. The said order has not been complied with. The General Manager shall file an affidavit as directed. He shall also be present in the Court on the next date of hearing. In addition, he shall bring the all relevant files on the basis of which the Purchase Order was placed on the petitioner.
