% 31.08.2016 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall deposit the 50% of the amount as directed vide order dated 10.08.2016 by the TDSAT within a period of three weeks without prejudice to the rights and contentions raised by the petitioner in the petition before the TDSAT.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further undertakes that the monthly charges shall be paid promptly in accordance with the agreement with the respondents, on the respondents' raising bills in WP(C) 7574/2016

terms of the agreement.

The above statement of the learned counsel for the petitioner is taken on record.

The petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Dasti.
