In view of Notification No. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 & in exercise of power conferred by Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015, (Act 23 of 2015), which came into force with effect from 26.10.2015 vide Notification No. F.No.L19015/04/2012-Jus dated 26.10.2015 issued by the Government of India, Ministry of Law, Justice & Company Affairs published in Gazette of India Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3 Sub-section (ii), the present matter stands transferred. The parties are directed to appear

before the Court of learned District Judge, Saket Courts (South-East) on 14.07.2016.

The date fixed i.e. 12.05.2016 stands cancelled. DR. NEERA BHARIHOKE (DHJS) JOINT REGISTRAR (JUDICIAL) FEBRUARY 26, 2016 hk At this stage Mr. Ashish Kumar learned counsel for the plaintiff has re-appeared and has drawn attention to the order dated 04.02.2015 which clearly demonstrate that cost of Rs. 10,000/- and further cost of Rs. 10,000/- was imposed vide the said order. However, he submits that only cost of Rs. 10,000/- has been paid. The necessary submissions be made before the Transferee Judge.
