Manish Sharma v. Urmila Arora
$~106 *
IN THE HIGH COURT OF DELHI AT NEW DELHI
+ CRL.M.C. 3088/2016 MANISH SHARMA ..... Petitioner Through In person.
versus URMILA ARORA ..... Respondent Through Nemo.
CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE P.S.TEJI
O R D E R
% 29.08.2016 Arguments heard.
The only grievance of the petitioner is that in para 7 of the impugned order dated 20.07.2016, it has been mentioned that "no cognizable offence committed by the respondent or any other person." The grouse of the petitioner is that the observations made by the Court below may cause prejudice to his rights during the trial. Consequently, the petition is disposed of with the observations that since the Court below has already taken the cognizance, the Court below shall proceed in the matter without influenced by the observations made in the impugned order dated 20.07.2016.
