There were two reliefs claimed in this writ petition. One was for payment of retiral benefits and pensionary benefits of the late husband of the petitioner Sh.Hukum Chand Sharma, who was an employee of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan(KVS)/respondent no.2.

Prayer is made for crediting of the retiral benefits and pensionary benefits to the account of the petitioner at the State Bank of India, Gola Kuan Near Hapur Road, Meerut (UP). Respondent no.2 has agreed to this position and the amounts of retiral benefits and pensionary benefits as regards Sh. Hukum Chand Sharma have been directed by respondent no.2 to be paid to the petitioner at the said

account of the State Bank of India in Merrut, UP, and accordingly, the State Bank of India will now make payments of the amounts to the petitioner at its Branch Gola Kuan Near Hapur Road, Meerut (UP). Respondent no.2 will be liable to ensure that the amounts are available to the State Bank of India so that the amounts can be paid by the State Bank of India to the petitioner in terms of petitioner's first prayer made in the writ petition. Needful be done by the State Bank of India and the respondent no.2 positively within a period of four weeks from today.

The second prayer is for giving details of calculations with respect to retiral benefits and pensionary benefits payable on account of services of Sh. Hukum Chand Sharma with the respondent no.2, and these calculations, if not already supplied, will be supplied to the petitioner through her counsel who appears in this Court within a period of six weeks from today.

In case there are any other causes of action and reliefs which the petitioner claims against the employer/respondent no.2, then with respect to such causes of action and reliefs petitioner is entitled to file appropriate independent proceedings.

The writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observations. 5.

Since the writ petition stands disposed of, all pending applications stand disposed of.
