% 24.04.2017 CM APPL. 15352/2017 Exemption allowed, subject to just exceptions. The application stands disposed of.
W.P.(C) 3514/2017 and CM APPL. 15351/2017 (stay) The petitioner assails the order dated 11.04.2017 passed in OA No. 1229/2017 before the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) which has dismissed the petitioner's original application. The petitioner in his Original Application before the Tribunal had assailed the order of his transfer dated 22.03.2017. The Tribunal in the impugned order notes that the petitioner has been serving at Delhi for the past 21 years. He has been transferred to Nagpur by the impugned order. Admittedly, the petitioner's job is a transferable one. Having served for 21 years in Delhi, the petitioner cannot claim any vested right to continue in Delhi.
In these circumstances, we are not inclined to interfere with the impugned order in the exercise of the discretionary writ jurisdiction. The petition along with the pending application stand dismissed.
