Having perused the order dated 02.08.2016 passed by the Trial Court, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner in this case at this stage. However, the trial of the case is expedited. Let the remaining evidence be

recorded preferably within the next three months. It is hoped that the Trial Court shall render its decision within the next six months. Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition at this stage in view of the trial being expedited. The petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
