% 11.02.2020 CM APPL. No.7548/2018 This writ petition was disposed of on 03.08.2017 with the following directions:- "4. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to approach the concerned officer on 18.08.2017 at his office at 11:00 a.m. for necessary inspection. In the event the documents as sought for are not available, the concerned officer shall communicate the same in writing to the petitioner.

5. Although, the petitioner has also prayed that action be taken against the concerned officer(s), however, in the facts of the present case, this court is not persuaded to direct initiation of any such action as it does not appear that the alleged default is wilful. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also not pressed for the said relief." Now the present application has been filed that this Court may modify the order dated 03.08.2017 for the initiation of action under Section 20(1), 20(2), 19(8)(b), 19(8)(c) of the RTI Act, 2005 against the concerned

officers.

I may only note that in terms of the order of this Court dated 03.08.2017, the petitioner had gone for inspection of the record. He was handed over a communication dated 18.08.2017 where it has been stated that the register for registration of building workers as beneficiary for the year 2014 is not available at the moment in the office. Hence the application. In my opinion, in the disposed of writ petition, the present application would not be maintainable. That apart, the communication dated 18.08.2017 has been issued, pursuant to the orders passed by this Court on 3.8.2017. There is no merit in the application and the same is dismissed.
