% 10.02.2017 In this writ petition, the petitioner has sought orders on the respondent No. 2 to grant first financial upgradation benefits of the petitioner w.e.f. 10.02.2005 as per the Assured Career Progression (ACP) Scheme and for grant of second financial upgradation benefits w.e.f. 10.02.2013. Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall not press the prayer for grant of benefits of the first financial upgradation. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submits on instructions that the benefits of the second financial upgradation shall be granted to the petitioner w.e.f. 10.02.2013 as per the CISF Circular No. 09/2016.

W.P.(C) 4380/2015

The writ petition has, therefore, become infructuous and the same is disposed of by directing that the re-fixation shall be done positively within 12 weeks and the benefits of the upgradation be released to the petitioner within six weeks thereafter.
