% 04.10.2016 The petitioner claims refund in the sum of `9,35,581/- for the first quarter of 2010. It is stated by the respondents that through a refund order dated 30.09.2016, the entire amount together with interest (`1,24,226/-) has been allowed; thus, the total amount payable is `10,59,804/-. The petitioner shall be paid the said amount. In case there is some discrepancy with respect to the interest amount, the assessee is at liberty to claim the balance. In the event of such an application, the assessing authority shall complete the proceedings in respect of such balance amount within 30 days of receipt of such application.
