% 24.05.2017 The petitioner has challenged clause 6(h) of the Invitation of Bids dated 29th July, 2016 for appointment of Official Fabricator (of) for creation of infrastructure for the exhibition named Aero India-2017 from 14th-18th February, 2017 at the Air Force Station, Yelahanka, Bengaluru.

Learned senior counsel for the respondents submits that Aero India Exhibition has already taken place on the 14th-18th February, 2017 and, therefore, this petition has become infructuous. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to

withdraw this writ petition with liberty to avail appropriate legal remedy in respect of its disqualification on the ground of pending government investigation against its associate company.
