% 31.07.2018 Parties have settled their disputes as per the Settlement Agreement dated 3rd May, 2018 placed on record. As per the Settlement Agreement, the parties have agreed to dispose of the property bearing Municipal No.13/23B, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi. Defendant No.1(a) was to execute the relinquishment deed, which has been done. Settlement terms are captured in the paragraph nos.1 to 7 of the Settlement Agreement. Same is signed by the parties as also by their counsels and Ld. mediators. Decree sheet be drawn up in terms of Settlement Agreement. Terms of the settlement shall form part of the decree sheet. Parties shall be bound by the terms and undertakings contained in the Settlement Agreement. Parties are given liberty to approach the Court if there is any impediment in giving effect to the settlement. The suit is disposed of as settled in terms of the Settlement Agreement. Decree sheet be drawn.
