% 17.09.2018 Mr. Amit Jain and Mr. Shailen Bhatia, learned counsel for the plaintiff pray for discharge. They have handed over a photocopy of the discharge notice as well as a consignment tracking report which shows that the discharge notice has been served upon the plaintiff. Accordingly, Mr. Amit Jain and Mr. Shailen Bhatia, Advocates are discharged as counsel on behalf of the plaintiff. Since despite a passover and receipt of notice of discharge, none appears for the plaintiff, the present suit is dismissed in default and on account of non-prosecution.
