By the present petition the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.182/2016 under Sections 323/452/354B/509/34 IPC registered at PS Harsh Vihar, Delhi.

The allegations by the complainant are that on 26th January, 2016 around 12 noon when he was going on his motorcycle, husband of the petitioner was setting a water pipe in front of his house and had covered the same with mud. When the complainant crossed over the pipe some mud got removed from over the pipe. The petitioner and her husband started abusing the complainant and forcibly entered the house armed with dandas in their hands. Husband of the petitioner is alleged to have attacked with some sharp weapon whereas the role assigned to the petitioner is that she attacked with the danda.

As per the MLC the complainant sustained multiple injuries on the face and the eye and the opinion of the ENT specialist with regard to the incised injuries was that they were sharp and grievous in nature. 4.

Since the role attributed to the petitioner is of inflicting an injury by a danda, this Court deems it fit to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. It is, therefore, directed that in the event of arrest the petitioner be released on bail on her furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `25,000/- with one surety of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court, further subject to the condition that she will join the investigation as and when directed by the Investigating Officer and will not leave the country without prior permission of the Trial Court. 5.

Petition is disposed of.
