% 26.11.2016 (1) The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.182/2016 under Sections 376/506 IPC registered at Police Station Subhash Place. Status report is on record. (2) I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. By an order dated 29.08.2016, the petitioner was granted interim protection and was directed to join the investigation as and when required. Undisputedly, the petitioner has since joined the investigation. The petitioner and the victim are neighbours and were acquainted with each other.

The prosecutrix is a married lady.

Physical relationship continued between the two on several occasions. (3) Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the BAIL APPLN.1747/2016

petitioner is admitted to anticipatory bail and in the event of his arrest, he be released on bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of `50,000/-with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating Officer with the condition that he shall join the investigation as and when required.

(4) The bail application stands disposed of.
