W.P.(C) 7535/2016 & CM No.31028/2016(permission to file detailed synopsis and list of dates) Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the competent authority shall communicate the decision on the application of the petitioner within one week from today.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to challenge the decision of the competent authority if the same is against the petitioner.

The petition is disposed of directing the respondents to communicate the decision to the petitioner within one week from today reserving the liberty of the petitioner to take such remedies as may be available in law, if so required. The petitioner would also be at liberty to send a representative to the office of the respondent on expiry of period of one week for collecting the copy of the order by hand in addition.
