% 05.09.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners had appeared before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate pursuant to summons and the case has been committed to the learned Additional Sessions Judge without the arrest of the petitioners. He further states that the petitioners would furnish their bail bond as directed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge when they appear on 13th September, 2016. In view of the subsequent developments learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition. Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
