JUSTICE VIPIN SANGHI % U.U9.2UIO Mr. Jasmeet Singh, on instructions, states that the respondent is willing to concede to the quashing of the impugned order dated 28.03.2016 passed by the Enforcement Directorate. He submits that the adjudicating authority shall give a fresh hearing to the petitioner and thereafter pass a reasoned order after considering all the pleas of the petitioner, including the plea that the issue already stands concluded by a decision of this Court in LPA No.117/2009 decided on 26.03.2009 titled Union of India & Others Vs. City Bank, N.A.
