Ld. counsel for parties submit that property in dispute is situated at Krishna Nagar which falls under the jurisdiction of District East, Delhi hence seek transfer of present case to District East, Delhi. In view of orders passed by Hon'ble the Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court, East, Karkardooma, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge East, Karkardooma, Delhi on 22.04.2016.

Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.
