It is stated that the matter has been settled with the complainant/victim amicably before Delhi Mediation Centre, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi. (2) Respondent No.2-complainant is present before the Court and is identified by her counsel. I have enquired from the complainant CRL.M.C. 3085/2016
whether the matter has been settled with the petitioners amicably without fear and pressure. She has informed that the matter has been settled without any fear or pressure and she has no objection to the quashing of the FIR. It is informed that pursuant to the settlement demand draft bearing No.982178 dated 26.08.2016 for the sum of `1,00,000/- of Punjab National Bank has been handed over to the complainant today in the court. Divorce by mutual consent has been granted.
