% 26.08.2016 After some arguments, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioner repeatedly files frivolous petitions, applications and harasses the respondents. However, to bring quietus to the present matter, he submits that he does not press for the costs. In view of the submissions of the learned counsel for the respondents, the costs imposed by the trial court vide order dated 16.05.2015 are quashed. The petition stands disposed of.
