% 14.02.2017 None appears for the petitioner when the matter is called out even after a pass-over. Even on the last date, there was no appearance on behalf of the petitioners. They have also not taken steps for filing process fee in terms of the last order dated 26.08.2016. Mr. Lao states that the petitioners have also shifted their address from the one disclosed to the court on 01.12.2016. It appears that the petitioners are no longer interested in pursuing the petition. The same are accordingly dismissed in default and for non-prosecution.
