By filing these applications, the petitioners are seeking permission to withdraw the leave petitions.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the parties have settled the dispute before the Mediation Centre and copy of the settlement has also been annexed with the applications. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that since the parties have settled the dispute, he may be permitted to withdraw these leave petitions.

Respondent Rajesh Kalia is present in person alongwith his counsel and he also submits that he has settled the dispute with the petitioners. 4.

Accordingly, the applications are allowed.

Crl.L.P. No.669/2014 Crl.L.P. No.670/2014 Crl.L.P. No.675/2014 In view of the submissions made on behalf of the parties, the leave petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. The parties shall abide by the terms and conditions of the settlement arrived at between them before the Mediation Centre, Patiala House Court.
