W.P.(C) 7528/2016 & C.M. No.30996/2016 Petitioner is stated to be a vendor running his stall near Fauzi Taxi Stand. He has filed certain documents to support his stand. There all are only prosecution challans.

Learned counsel for the respondent has put in appearance. He submits that the sites depicted in the challans are three different sites. One challan has been issued to the petitioner at the site near Fuazi

Taxi Stand; another challan makes reference to the site behind Chankaya Cinema Taxi Services and the third challan makes reference to the site near petrol pump near Chankya Cinema. He additionally submits that the petitioner in fact not squatting at the site. Contention of the petitioner is that all these places are in fact the same; falling behind Chankya Cinema and the taxi and petrol pump are adjacent to one another.

Be that as it may, additional submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is protected under Section 3(3) of the Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Act, 2014. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that Town Vending Committee (TVC) qua respondent no.1 has since been constituted.

In this factual scenario, the grievance of the petitioner will be addressed before the TVC.

No further orders are called for in this petition. Petition stands disposed of.
