% 17.10.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset submits that 19 witnesses out of 22 prosecution witnesses have been examined and he does not press the bail at this stage but however since the petitioner has been in custody for more 2 years, the trial be expedited. Considering the fact that the petitioner has already been in custody for more than 2 years and the matter is pending before the Fast Track Court, the learned Additional Sessions Judge is requested to expedite the trial and complete it preferably within a period of six months. Petition is dismissed as not pressed.
