% 30.04.2015 Petitioner is in judicial custody for 15 months. Petitioner is a diabetic and taking insulin as well as oral medication in jail. In the month of July, 2014 petitioner was granted interim bail for 15 days. Keeping in mind that petitioner is ailing, in my view, he is entitled to interim bail for one month.

Accordingly, it is ordered that petitioner be released on interim bail for a period of one month from the date of his release, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `25,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court.
